This English version is the primary version. A Bahasa Malaysia translation is provided below for reference. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version prevails.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.ags-studio.com (the "Website"), which is operated by AGS Studios, a partnership trading as Alternate Great Series Studios ("AGS Studios", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. The Website is informational only

The Website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes:

(a) an offer capable of acceptance, or any commercial commitment by AGS Studios; or

(b) financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

You should seek your own professional advice before relying on any information presented on the Website.

2. No contract formed through the Website

Submitting an inquiry through the Website does not, by itself, create any contractual relationship between you and AGS Studios. Any engagement of AGS Studios for production, creative, or other services will be governed exclusively by a separate Master Service Agreement executed between AGS Studios and the client, and any engagement of on-camera talent or creative crew will be governed by our Contributor Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the Website (including these Terms of Use) and the applicable executed agreement, the executed agreement prevails in respect of the engagement.

3. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, designs, photographs, video clips, music, layouts and other materials displayed on the Website are owned by AGS Studios or used with the permission of the relevant rights holders, and are protected under the Copyright Act 1987 of Malaysia and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and share the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent, save for ordinary linking, citation and social media sharing.

4. Portfolio and case studies

Project examples, portfolio pieces, case studies and client mentions on the Website illustrate our prior work and do not represent any guaranteed outcome for future engagements. Logos, trade marks and brand names of featured clients remain the property of their respective owners and are used either with permission or in the context of demonstrating prior work performed by AGS Studios.

5. Contact form

When you submit an inquiry through the Contact form, you agree that:

(a) the information you provide is accurate;

(b) you are not submitting on behalf of any other person without their authority; and

(c) you are not using the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications, harmful content, or anything unlawful.

6. Third-party links and platforms

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and to our profiles on third-party platforms (such as Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn). We do not control those third parties and we are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

7. Availability and "as-is" basis

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:

(a) we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components; and

(b) we exclude liability for any indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business or goodwill) arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law (including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation).

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.

9. Variation

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated "Effective date". Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

10. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

11. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms of Use. We may assign or transfer these Terms of Use to any successor or affiliated entity (including upon incorporation of AGS Studios as a Sdn Bhd or other corporate form).

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
